A technical failure returns the credits used for that generation. Cash refunds follow the separate policy: an entirely unused credit pack can be requested within 14 days. If a finished file is corrupted or missing the face, contact support@hittheroaddudeai.fun for review; disliking a completed result alone is not a refund condition.

No. Browsing examples and guides is free; generation requires credits. We do not offer signup credits or free AI previews.
Can I use someone else’s photo?
Only with their permission, and never photos of minors, celebrities or public figures. Accounts that break this rule are closed.
What happens to my photos?
Uploads are private, used only to make your video and deleted automatically 7 days after upload. Finished videos are kept for 30 days after they finish. Deleting your account removes everything right away.
